    The bibliography is looking good, but you shouldn't be using inverted commas and italics for the same title.

    Remember, italicise the published title (the book, the album etc) and use inverted commas for the contribution to a book, the album track etc.)

    To clarify, here's an example from the book you used:

    Malone, T. and Lepper, M.(1987) "Making Learning Fun: A Taxonomy of Intrinsic Motivations of Learning" in Snow, R. E. and Farr, M. J. Aptitude, Learning, and Instruction: Volume 3: Cognitive and Affective Process Analyses. Hilsdale. NJ: Erlbaum. pp. 223-253.

    Also, the subtitles aren't needed: the type of item (book, journal article, etc) should be obvious from each entry.
